The Celebration of Eid Al-Fitri

One month before the day of Eid, all Muslim in the world and I implemented Ramadhan fasting. Ramadhan fasting was held every day from dawn until sunset. Muslims was allowed to breakfast in the dawn in the month of ramadhan, then we had to fast, while evening we were allowed to break our fasting.

To welcome Eid, the night before the first day of shawwal, muslims proclaimed takbir as a sign of greatness to God and a sign that eid would come up the next day. Many boys did the takbir in the mosque and also by car around the city.

In the morning we woke up to prepare for Eid prayers in the field, because the Eid pray was held before duha. But before my family prayed, we had breakfast with food that was prepared by my mother. After having breakfast, we all went to the ground play. After it completed, we came to my family home and I apologized to each other. After that my family and I went to my relatives’ home for sillaturahmi and apologized.
Although celebrating Eid was tiring, I was happy.
